I've added a little extra variety to the planting along the front of the layout. I started with some twisted wire which was sprayed with etching primer followed by Hubrol Dark Brown.



Some Woodland Scenics fine foliage was added.



I also took some small pieces of seafoam, coated them with latex liquid rubber and added fine foliage to the tips.
