Western Region locos shouldn't really appear on Wrenton, of course, but I do like them and this has always been a Rule One layout. So here's my newest loco, 5999 Woolerton Hall.
The next shot includes another GWR loco, Castle class 5070 Sir Daniel Gooch.
60019 Bittern has been a bit poorly of late. A repair session fitted two new traction tyres and a new wire link between loco and tender. The leading wheels of the bogie had gone out of gauge causing de-railments and required adjustment.
Here's the trackplan of Wrenton, as published in Railway Modeller. There have since been some changes in the fiddle yard, the turntable having been removed and an extra siding installed.
